At Buy Men's Wear Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange and receive a return authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return slip or authorization number inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
